Why is the Book Delayed?

This book was originally scheduled to be completed years go but the author has experienced numerous delays due to unexpected life changes that include preparing and selling his long-established restaurant, moving to a new home, writing three other small books (two of which were taken from chapters of this book), and running and winning two campaigns for elected office. He termed out in December 2024, and his number one goal has been to make major updates for modernization and to create this incredible website foundation to keep the concepts fresh and up-to-date in the background. Ultimately, to finally finish this monster book!
